Provide your paypal invoice number and email address you used for your paypal purchase. Also include a discription of your concern. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. Returned products must be in like-new condition for refund. Opened items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Products marked as 'Discontinued' or 'Liquidation Sale' are not returnable for any reason. Shipping and handling charges are typically not refunded unless we made a mistake with the order.
