The primary reason for this email is to commend you on your quick response, concern and follow up. Your phone call just shortly after my email was unbelievably quick.

I order many items and replacement parts for myself and others online. A fair amount of these orders require follow up due to wrong item shipped, back orders, lost returns and etc. with very little concern from the vendor.
